Why should I attend a PAC meeting?

General PAC meetings occur throughout the school year with our first meeting in September and our last meeting in May.  We do not meet in December, March or June.

Each general meeting may include:

• the Principal's school update and report

• updates from the School District Trustee

• updates from District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC)

• updates from the Canadian Parents for French (CPF)

• updates from Sub committees (i.e. Gaming Funds Allocation, Dry Grad)

• forum for Parent's to express concerns and opportunity to discuss innovative ideas and solutions

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in May to elect the incoming Executive for the following school year. At the September meeting any vacancies will be filled and the proposed budget approved.
